![]() ![]() This guide aims to solve all of those problems making it possible for everyone to play Flicker Strike at a fairly reasonable entry price, while maintaining options to min-max the build to its fullest. Introductionįlicker Strike is notorious for being complicated to get going, yet something that people have an incredible urge to play. At the cost of 5% Damage on a Shield, we are again completely immune to all ignites, freezes, chills and shocks. Through these masteries, obtaining Ailment Avoidance is one again an option without having to go out of your way to obtain it. ![]() Due to some re-routing of the tree & masteries, it has gained another reliable source of single-target Frenzy Charges, a pretty solid chunk of damage and some interesting QoL. Other than that, masteries are super strong for this build. Let’s hope that getting a ton of base EV on items in combination with Suppressing spells on a regular occasion leaves us with a character that is at least about as durable as it was before this patch. It used to be PoE’s go to mechanic defensively (especially in softcore) and getting to EV cap was really satisfying. Technically, Evasion is incredibly broken if your character can take a hit left and right. As of now, it’s a debate on whether having more evasion and 45% spell suppression is as big of a nerf as it looks on first glance. ![]()
